WORKING EXPERIENCE

Senior Product Designer @ Zillow, Seattle

May 2022 – Present

Lead design in the Zillow transition platform, responsible for understanding client needs, developing ideas and direction, and collaborating closely with product teams and client teams including Rental, Zillow Home Loans, Loan Offi cer Manager, etc., to ensure seamless document transition across all Zillow experiences. Also led Zillow Workspace document management and contributed signifi cantly to Follow Up Boss Automations.

  • Lead design for Zillow’s document transition platform “ zDocs”, delivering features like Calculated Fields, conditional logic, and improved uploader UX—guided by usability testing and real user feedback.
  • Designed and launched FUB Automations 2.0, including Getting Started and Template Library experiences to increase adoption and clarity.
  • Created the zDocs Design Library with reusable components and team guidelines, improving efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Designed native experiences for Agent Finder, improving agent visibility and lead connection through Zillow’s mobile app.
  • Contributed to Zillow Pro document management, enhancing how agents and admin manage, sign, and share documents within the platform.
  • Collaborated closely with engineering, product, and research teams; drove alignment through design reviews, fit and finish walkthroughs, and documentation.

UX Designer @ WatchGuard Technologies, Seattle

As the Access Point Cloud product lead designer, I collaborated with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience and design consistency across WatchGuard’s cloud platform. The goal was to deliver a user-centered experience that provides data visibility and threat reporting tools to help security professionals respond quickly and set effective network policies.

  • Led end-to-end design for cloud-based access point management and shared configuration workflows.
  • Designed dashboards and visualizations to highlight network trends and threats.
  • Contributed to the WatchGuard Cloud design system to improve cross-product consistency.
